香港地產建設商會支持特區政府就《基本法》第23條立法，落實第23條立法是香港特區的憲制責任。盡早立法，可回應客觀現實需要，亦是民心所向。
發展的前題是有安全和穩定的環境，而法治則是良好營商環境的最大保障。落實基本法第23條立法，令法治得到進一步保障，有利於發揮香港特區普通法整體優勢和制度效能，有助締造安穩的社會環境，讓市民安居樂業，進一步構建安全和高效的營商環境。
第23條立法將令香港特區維護國家安全的法律制度和執行機制更臻完善，社會穩定可以讓各界凝聚力量，共同推動經濟向前，為香港的持續發展努力。

香港地產建設商會強烈譴責美國國會議員妄圖干預香港司法獨立
就有美國國會議員提案，要求美國政府將維護國家安全和執行國安法的香港特區政府官員及司法機構人員列入制裁名單，香港地產建設商會強烈譴責任何妄圖干預香港司法獨立的行為。
基本法確立香港享有獨立的司法權、香港法院獨立進行審判，不受任何干預。任何人士試圖干涉香港內政，以「制裁」手段對香港官員、司法和執法人員施壓，都是嚴重違反法治精神。
法治是香港的核心價值，亦是良好營商環境的有力支柱。商會堅信基本法是香港一國兩制行穩致遠的基石。商會敦促美國政府及政客尊重法治精神，停止干預香港特區政府的內部事務。

香港地產建設商會歡迎行政長官今年的施政報告推出多項覓地建屋、寬減辣招稅和提振樓市的措施。新政策將有助穩定樓市，減輕置業者的稅務負擔，並吸引更多海外專才和投資者來港工作和生活。唯施政報告中未有全面考慮業界和社會的廣泛意見，全面撤銷所有辣招稅，我們深感可惜。商會呼籲政府進一步撤銷所有辣招，助力樓市復常，帶動香港經濟得以復甦。
商會樂見施政報告中提出多項加快公營房屋供應，提速造地和建屋的措拖，包括進一步精簡土地和樓宇發展行政程序、擴大標準化補地價的安排、放寬舊樓重建強拍門檻，以及延長資助出售房屋按揭貸款保證期至50年等，這一系列新政策，將有助加快土地和房屋的供應，以及舊區重建的步伐。
唯香港樓市的健康發展與整體經濟息息相關，目前的高息環境以及經濟前景不明朗等因素將削弱發展商的投地意欲，最終影響政府的賣地收入。為此，商會促請政府在檢視土地房屋政策時，從宏觀角度考慮當下的經濟環境和社會狀況，以市場主導的思維，進一步撤銷所有辣招稅，從而推動樓市和香港經濟全面復常。
