香港地產建設商會強烈譴責美國國會議員妄圖干預香港司法獨立
就有美國國會議員提案，要求美國政府將維護國家安全和執行國安法的香港特區政府官員及司法機構人員列入制裁名單，香港地產建設商會強烈譴責任何妄圖干預香港司法獨立的行為。
基本法確立香港享有獨立的司法權、香港法院獨立進行審判，不受任何干預。任何人士試圖干涉香港內政，以「制裁」手段對香港官員、司法和執法人員施壓，都是嚴重違反法治精神。
法治是香港的核心價值，亦是良好營商環境的有力支柱。商會堅信基本法是香港一國兩制行穩致遠的基石。商會敦促美國政府及政客尊重法治精神，停止干預香港特區政府的內部事務。

香港地產建設商會歡迎行政長官今年的施政報告推出多項覓地建屋、寬減辣招稅和提振樓市的措施。新政策將有助穩定樓市，減輕置業者的稅務負擔，並吸引更多海外專才和投資者來港工作和生活。唯施政報告中未有全面考慮業界和社會的廣泛意見，全面撤銷所有辣招稅，我們深感可惜。商會呼籲政府進一步撤銷所有辣招，助力樓市復常，帶動香港經濟得以復甦。
商會樂見施政報告中提出多項加快公營房屋供應，提速造地和建屋的措拖，包括進一步精簡土地和樓宇發展行政程序、擴大標準化補地價的安排、放寬舊樓重建強拍門檻，以及延長資助出售房屋按揭貸款保證期至50年等，這一系列新政策，將有助加快土地和房屋的供應，以及舊區重建的步伐。
唯香港樓市的健康發展與整體經濟息息相關，目前的高息環境以及經濟前景不明朗等因素將削弱發展商的投地意欲，最終影響政府的賣地收入。為此，商會促請政府在檢視土地房屋政策時，從宏觀角度考慮當下的經濟環境和社會狀況，以市場主導的思維，進一步撤銷所有辣招稅，從而推動樓市和香港經濟全面復常。

歡迎全國人大常委會就《香港國安法》作出解釋
香港地產建設商會歡迎全國人大常委會就《香港國安法》第十四條及第四十七條作出解釋，完善了香港維護國家安全的法律制度。商會認同是次釋法有其必要性，不但無損特區法院的獨立性，更有助特區行政、立法及司法機關實施和執行國安法，對維護國家安全有重大意義，確保「一國兩制」行穩致遠，為香港社會長期繁榮安定和經濟發展奠下穩固基石。
